Plan basis: Project Beacon Plan v0.10 workbook. The five Service meetings use confirmed invitations from 5 October 2026. All other dates remain TBC until confirmed. Meetings, deep dives and activities are counted separately, with each reference counted once. Updates made here are saved in this browser and can be exported to carry forward.

A predecessor marked open is not automatically a blocker. Set the activity status to Blocked and add a reason when delivery is actually stopped.

Search the plan, deep dives and workshop register. Open a row to update dates, owner, status or notes.

A date change automatically moves this activity in the stream and master timelines. The workbook baseline remains unchanged; use Export updates to transfer your maintained dates and statuses.
